Madres Brunch opened in 1997 on the belief that every plate should carry the warmth of a home kitchen. The signature "The Journey" pancake still lives on the menu — its name rooted in those earliest days.
Where two traditions meet
The menu fuses Mexican breakfast heritage with American brunch indulgence — birria chilaquiles, horchata pancakes crowned with donut holes, Mazapan French Toast. It's the kind of food you photograph before you eat.
A drinks program worth celebrating
Seasonal coffee flights, an Iced Mazapan Latte topped with whipped cream and crushed candy, margarita flights, and a Banana Coconut Latte that tastes like a SoCal Saturday morning.
